24-year-old Temima Shames is the CEO & Founder of Next Step Talent — a talent management company and brand consulting agency. She is an expert in brand and talent growth in the digital age of influencers, followers and virality. Next Step Talent has helped Gen Z musicians and influencers build engaged followers into the millions for talent including Brooklynne Webb, Sydney Morgan, Emblem3, Hope Schwing, and Iknowayrel.

Temima, who was born in Israel and raised in New York, was a professional child actress who experienced traditional entertainment industry management firsthand, which gave her the drive to manage the Gen Z talent of today differently and more holistically in the digital age of social media. Temima has been a leading voice since the age of 10 when she spoke at organizations including the United Nations advocating for global peace in the wake of her uncle’s tragic death during 9/11. As a child with a difficult upbringing, Temima advocates for mental health, entrepreneurship, and inspires others to take a chance at any age.
