Mission

Dream BIG is a mentorship program aims to empower young women to realize their potential, pursue their dreams, and become leaders in their communities. Through a combination of mentorship, workshops, entrepreneurship training, and personal development sessions, participants will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed academically, professionally, and personally.

Vision

The program will focus on key areas such as Leadership development, Youth empowerment, mental health, aligning with Influence Leadership Academy vision of supporting leadership development, innovation, strategic growth, and career success.
