“Before we talk about who the world knows you as, tell us who you are. Say your name.”The opening question
The Program
Your experience does not have to be rewritten to be worthy.
Say Your Name: Authenticity Is Key creates a supportive space for women and girls to recognize their strengths, communicate their value, practice self-advocacy, and move through the expectations placed on their identity, voice, and leadership.
It is personal, practical, and rooted in the belief that confidence begins when you stop shrinking the truth of who you are.
What It Builds
Voice that carries beyond the room.
Participants leave with language for who they are, practice using their voice in real situations, stronger peer relationships, and clear next steps.
Identity & Strengths
Recognize the experience, values, and abilities that shape your leadership.
Voice & Confidence
Practice introductions, storytelling, and speaking with clarity instead of apology.
Self-Advocacy
Respond to moments when your work, ideas, or identity are overlooked or reduced.
Connection & Action
Build relationships, exchange resources, and leave with a focused 30-day plan.
Inside the Experience
Reflection becomes practice.
Say Your Name combines honest conversation with tools participants can carry into work, education, family, and community leadership.
Reflect
Guided prompts help participants name their strengths, experiences, and the expectations they have been carrying.
Practice
Introductions, storytelling, and role-play turn confidence into something participants can use.
Connect
Peer discussion and resource exchange create relationships that extend beyond the session.
Move Forward
Each participant identifies practical next steps and builds a 30-day action plan.

Created & Led By
Gabrieline Reece
Founder and Executive Director of Women Who Influence. Gabrieline created Say Your Name from the lived reality of building, being overlooked, finding her voice, and refusing to polish away the struggle that shaped her leadership.
“Authenticity is not the absence of struggle. It is refusing to erase what it took to become who you are.”
