New York City
New York City is the center of Women Who Influence’s flagship programming. Through the Women Who Influence Summit, The Power Seat, the Business Growth & Leadership Accelerator, the Pink Apple Awards, and community partnerships, we connect entrepreneurs to opportunity, influence, and market access.
Texas
Texas is home to Echo Haven: Financial Independence & Resource Navigation Program for Older Individuals, a Dallas-based initiative supporting older individuals through financial education, benefits and resource navigation, fraud prevention, housing stability, digital access, and individualized support. Beginning in Dallas, the program is designed to expand across Texas through local community partnerships.
Minnesota
Minnesota is part of Women Who Influence’s foundation and leadership network, connecting our work to experienced partners in nonprofit development, economic empowerment, education, and global business.

Reece
Gabrieline Reece is the Founder and Executive Director of Women Who Influence. She leads the organization’s work to connect women and underrepresented entrepreneurs with education, strategic relationships, visibility, and economic opportunity.
With more than a decade of experience across communications, branding, partnerships, fundraising, event strategy, and nonprofit leadership, Gabrieline has built platforms that bring entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, public-sector decision-makers, and community partners together. She holds a BA and MBA in business management from Concordia University, St. Paul.

Carmen supports partner engagement, community relationships, and strategic outreach across Women Who Influence programs and initiatives.
We connect entrepreneurs with practical education, capital readiness, strategic relationships, market opportunities, and the people and institutions that can help their businesses grow. Our core work includes the Women Who Influence Summit, The Power Seat, the Business Growth & Leadership Accelerator, and the Pink Apple Awards.
